A Good Stay at Nici
I was eager to visit the Bournemouth Observation Wheel, which was just a short walk away from the hotel. I chose Nici specifically for its prime location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good ambiance of the hotel. The outdoor pool was a refreshing spot to relax, while the seasonal dinner menu catered to various dietary needs, allowing me to enjoy my meals without worry. The staff's friendliness added a personal touch to the overall experience.
Limited parking availability.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay! The spacious room was perfect for our two babies, great to relax while they took naps. We loved taking the little ones to the nearby Tivoli Theatre. The complimentary kids' breakfast was a good perk!
My kids wished the pool had longer hours for families.

The large room with high ceilings exceeded my expectations. The pool and spa area were a highlight of my stay.
The lack of certain amenities was disappointing.

Perfect spot for a chill getaway
Had a blast! The staff were super friendly and always there to help out. My room was huge with an epic sea view from the balcony. The bar had a cool vibe and a good craft beer selection. Only wish there were some more budget-friendly drink options. Dinner service was spot on, felt very relaxed. Would recommend!

The room was cozy and had a lovely sea view, which I really enjoyed. I had a comfy bed, and the shower was powerful. But the decor felt a bit dated, and the TV was surprisingly small. The vibe was nice, but it could use some modern touches. The cleanliness was decent, so that was a plus.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
Had a great meal experience with their evening dinner service, the three-course options were something else. Plus, the restaurant staff were great, attentive yet never hovering was great.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth it for what you get.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed a night away. The family room was spacious and perfect for children. A highlight included the good terrace view, though the dining options were inconsistent. Valet parking felt unnecessary. Consider self-parking instead. A pleasant stay, yet dining could use attention.

The hotel features a relaxing spa, beautiful gardens, really good drink selection, and cozy rooms. I loved the spa experience. It was calming.

The garden suite had fine views, complete with a private hot tub, made for an lovely evening soaking under the stars. This stellar feature really brought a sense of luxury to our stay.
The dining options felt a bit pricey for what we received. A simple avocado sandwich priced at £14 was just a touch outrageous considering how long it took to arrive. The spa was another letdown with children running around, completely detracting from a relaxing atmosphere-definitely not what I expected. Plus, and here's the kicker, parking ended up costing £20 instead of the anticipated £10, which seemed like an unwelcome surprise on top of the hefty overall bill.
